Today, I want to talk about a type of communication that I like most is, face to face. What I like most in this kind of interaction is that a person can easily understand what others try to say. There is quite less chances of interruption which we usually have in interviews. I have posted a small video to show you face to face communication.

Facial expression plays a very important role in this communication. One can easily figure out whether the person is confident or nervous. It is still considered the best method for solving problems and issues. As it is elections time we can clearly see that leaders are mostly preferring this way so that they can enhance credibility and trust. It can build strong relationship with others.

Types of communication channels:

1)      Broadcast media, like TV, Radio and Loud speakers which are mostly used for business purposes and widely used to address mass audience.

2)      Written communication, this communication should be used when a message that does not require interaction need to be communicated to person. Policies, letters, memos, notices and announcements are all messages that works as a written communication.

3)      Face to face or personal communication, is the mostly used channel for communication. This channel allows to evaluate emotionally charged expressions and an individual can easily find out whether the receiver get the message properly or not.

4)      Electronic communication, encompass email, internet and social media platforms. It is a less personal method of communication but efficient.

Communication Channels

The word, in itself states that it is a medium through which one person can interact, either with a single person or mass number of people. It can be of any kind, whether we talk to person or giving presentation to someone. Without communication, it is too difficult to exchange communication or news. It makes a connection between two or more people.
